Geist Half Marthonn & 5K

Had an amazing race at the Geist Half Marathon & 5K today!

The course was spectacular! The temperature was wonderful!

If you have never ran this race I highly suggest participating next year.

While I managed a very nice run, my wife Pamela got a new PR for the Half! Now if I could just keep up with her next time :)

Short Run

Had a enjoyable short run this afternoon, looking forward to this weekends Geist Half Marathon!

Running Update!

It has been a little while since my last post, since then I have run the Spring Fling 15k, IU Mini Marathon & 5K, Race for the Cure, and the 500 Festival Mini Marathon!

I have a summer of runs and Triathlons planed and should be posting lots of fun blog and blog entries for you.

I have moved and am still getting used to my new running routes, I really REALLY miss the Monon Trail! However I am starting to enjoy my new area :)

Monon Fun!

Had a great five mile run this evening on the Monon! I run with my lovely wife Pamela! It was amazing to un in the middle of winter in 55° F weather!

Feeling good getting back on my running program after a slow start of the year.

February Begins!

Started February off with a great 45 minute run with Pamela this evening!!!

January done!

Thats right today makes 31 days straight that I have run without missing a day!!!!

Back in Indy

I planned on a five miler today after work but the day just got away from me.

I did get a quick mile in when I got home this evening to maintain my streak!!!
